a) Film extrusion — blown film machine

Resin pellets are turned into tubular or flat film on a blown film machine. Making your own film gives full control over gauge, width and blend, and lowers product cost.   • Packing and finished goods warehouse
  • Recycling area

  • Power: Blown film heaters and motors are the plant's largest consumers. Calculate total installed load and plan a transformer and power factor correction if needed.

  • Cooling: Film extrusion relies on the air ring, and some lines also need a water chiller.
  • Ventilation: Extracting heat and fumes around extrusion and sealing areas matters for working conditions.

Headcount depends on plant size, but the core roles are a film line operator, bag machine operators, press and packing staff, a maintenance technician and a production planner.
